Hi!

Setting up flows for a new brand and they want a post purchase flow specific to one of their items.

 

I understadn that I need to set up a trigger for Placed order and then select trigger filter and use dimensions → item → etc. 

 

However, when I go to trigger filter the only dimension that is available for use is “$Value”

 

They are a new brand so maybe that is the issue? Any guidance will be helpful.

You are correct. I believe the issue is that they have not yet received any placed order events from Shopify in Klaviyo. Has the Shopify/Klaviyo configuration been completed here: https://www.klaviyo.com/integration/shopify? You should see other options in the dimension drop-down when an order is placed or if they place some test orders.
