I would like to be able to trigger a flow on Klaviyo when a customer’s order status in Big Commerce changes from “Awaiting Fulfillment” to “Awaiting Shipment”. I don’t see that as an available metric, though. Is it it possible to add that? I would like to be able to notify the customer that their order is in production -- they already get a notice when it’s completed/shipped, but I would like a notification before that.
