We managed 20 different accounts on Klaviyo.  Is there a way that when we create something and save it in the Universal content can this be shared across our accounts without having to recreate in every account?

Thanks for being a part of our community! Currently it's not possible to copy Universal Content between accounts, but I will share your feedback with our product team. 

To accomplish what you are looking to do, I’d like to point you towards this article which walks you through how you can move content from one account to another:

Once you copy over a template or flow you could then save components as Universal Content within the new account. One thing to note is that you must have the proper permissions to transfer templates and flows. You must be able to access these tabs in both accounts for this process to work. For instance, if you are an Admin in one account, but an Analyst in the second account, you will not be able to copy templates.
