Hi all - We’ve linked our internal customer database with klaviyo via Zapier and want to pull a custom username field into our emails, but we’re not seeing the option to do so.
The Test email shows that the integration works:
But the option doesn’t display on the drop down:
Any help on how to connect the two would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Great question!
Since it seems like you are trying to insert a custom profile property within your email, you’ll want to use the “Any other Property” option. The personalization dropdown menu will only show a list of default Klaviyo profile properties you are can insert into your emails. When trying to insert a custom profile property, selecting the “Any other property” option will input the base “lookup” filter required to reference the custom profile property of {{ person|lookup:myProperty|default:'' }}. You can then reformat this base snippet in order to reference your desired custom property to further personalize your email.
