Hi there! I LOVE the new reviews function and really want to use it...but the platform we currently use (Loox) allows us to collect video reviews.
I don’t believe this is a function currently, but is it an upcoming feature at all (if anyone knows)? Thanks!

I will share your feedback with our product development team for evaluation and potential opportunities in the future. Adding video reviews is currently not on the roadmap for this feature, but will keep you updated in the future if it becomes available!
