I have the exact same issue and I just sent a campaign to 14,000 people… I sent multiple test campaigns to myself before sending it to my entire newsletter list and now I have people complaining that none of the links work… This is a huge problem for me.

Klaviyo did manage to sort it out for me. I think the issue is browsers that block what they see as ad content. I was having an issue with emails sent to outlook email boxes and being blocked by Explorer when opening.

Klaviyo has a new feature now to overcome this issue, I suggest contact them and see if you are eligible. 

I had done tests before sending but best to send a live campaign to yourself before sending it out to a large segment.
