Hello, my welcome series keeps skipping over emails and it looks like people are not receiving the first welcome email but are receiving the 2nd welcome email Please see below. 

 

This is the flow thats currently set up for the welcome series. Can someone please help? Thank you! 

 

Hey @victoria1888, this is similar to your other thread here:

Make sure the “Placed Order at least once” is set to “Placed Order Zero Times” because the way you have it setup, you are saying that for them to receive each message in your Flow, they have to have made a purchase.  Which I think is not what you intended. Give that a shot!
