Does anyone have any insight why all collections and product skus are not listed in trigger filter options? Any idea?
I would like to make specific “Thank you” flows based on 1 of three product categories purchased - and when I try to filter by product sku (ideal solution), all of the product skus are not there. In fact, of the 4 products we offer, only 1 is listed.
The three product categories are:
- gift purchases
- people who subscribe to the recurring membership
- one off purchases
Our 4 product SKUs are: MEMBR, GIFTM, GIFT1, GIFT3
As you can see in the screenshot, only MEMBR is showing.
