I have created flows and made them live but they are not sending to my customers. Is there other steps I need to take for my flows to send?

If you don’t mind can you send along a screenshot of what your flow currently looks like? If your flow is triggered by a list or segment by default we will only enroll net new members of the list/segment. We will not retroactively go through and enroll existing members. You can, however, select the option to do that by following the steps here.  I also recommending checking out our Getting Started guide here to walk you through the flow creation process from start to finish.
