I wanted to delete one of my flows from my Shopify website since it was causing inconvenience for my customers. But even though I deleted the flow on Klaviyo 12 hours ago, it's still visible on my website. 

Why is this happening, and how can I completely remove it from my Shopify website? Even though I deleted it from Klaviyo, it's still visible on my Shopify site.

HI @Leo_0810 thanks for posting in the Klaviyo Community! Can you clarify what you mean a bit more? A Klaviyo flow sends emails and wouldn’t be visible on the website. 

 

If you are talking about an opt-in unit (pop up) to sign up to email, you would need to turn the opt in off in order for it to stop showing.
