Hi there, hope you guys doing well. Could you please tell me why it showing? The Viewed Metric data is working. It should be gone by now. How Can I remove it?

Thank you for posting your question in the community. 

This is an alert which is based on a rolling 30-day window. Klaviyo triggers these when their systems observe a drop in metrics that could be an indication of an issue. In your case, it sounds as if you have already corrected the issue with the Viewed Product event and verified its working. 

Once you’ve gone ahead and resolved the potential issue, I usually just close the alerts and as the rolling timeframe lapses, the alert will go away automatically.
