For some reason Woocommerce and Klaviyo do not have any data of 'placed order' from 01 Sept. Therefore, we cannot know who placed order after each email campaign.

How do I add order data?

Welcome to the Community! If you’re not receiving metrics at any point in time, it is always best practice to check your integration connection. An integration issue could definitely be the culprit of any kind of missing data.  I would recommend checking our Help Center Article on the Woocommerece & Klaviyo Integration and double check that nothing was missed during setup or needing to be updating. It is key for Woocommerce customers to be up-to-date on their WC/Klaviyo plugin as this can create all kinds of issues if not updated.  

 

I’d also suggest taking a look at similar conversations other users have been that could be helpful as you troubleshoot!
