We’ve not touched anything on our website / woo installation nor Klaviyo but get this email and alert in our Klaviyo account now;

 

Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed.

Klaviyo is no longer authorized to connect to WooCommerce.

Please check WooCommerce and update your settings to re-enable sync. If you have any questions, please contact our Success Team.

 

The Account name is Skinora registered to hello@skinora.co.uk

 

Can anyone help / see why?

I think I fixed the issue, the WP user assigned in the REST API section of WC associated with Klaviyo wasnt Admin, which I made admin and it seems to work, does that make sense?

 

Can you check it looks ok?

Really appreciate you sharing that finding for other members who may be having similar issues!

Your solution certainly makes sense! As highlighted in the How to Integrate with WooCommerce article, the REST API user role must have Read/Write permissions as an Admin in order for the integration to fully connect.
