How Should I Communicate Shipping Delays to Customers that have Already Purchased?

Hi, I have a questions. I need someone to send an email to all the people who ordered to tell them that there is a delay.

Is this possible and could you help me this?

 

And also I just need to send an email to all my customers from yesterday and today. I mean I need to sent to my past customer.

 

What filter should I use in flow filter.

Hi @forman! Great questions. Rather than a flow, it sounds like a campaign would be the best way to send these messages. You’ll first want to create a segment of the appropriate audience. For example, you could identify customers from the past 2 days using this segment definition: 

 

Next, you can build your campaign to notify those customers of the delay, and choose your new segment as the send-to list. When you’re ready, send the campaign!
