For the new year, I’d like to replace my old Welcome Series Flow with a new one. Obviously, I turn off the old one, then change the status on the new one from draft to live.
But what happens to all the customers who are currently going through the old flow?
I collect emails with JustUno. Do I have to change the integration settings to make sure they dump into the new flow?
Is there anything else I should do? I suppose all the customers working their way through the old flow won’t receive any ore emails unless I manually dump them into the new flow, correct?
