Hi there,

I know that custom fonts don’t work in all email environments. Most email environments are displaying a backup font (custom font is Acumin Pro Condensed, backup should be Helvetica, Arial or a generic sans-serif). In Outlook 2010 and 2016 it’s displaying as Times New Roman. Is there a way to make the backup display correctly in those versions of Outlook? If it can’t display Acumin I’d like it to display Arial/Helvetica. Is this possible in the new drag & drop template?

Thanks!

Hi there @ajohns

Thank you for making us aware of this situation!

I can confirm this isn’t expected behavior as Helvetica and Arial should be a successful backup font. I have opened a support ticked for you on your behalf and a member of our awesome support team should be in contact with you.

This is still happening (and yes, I declared Arial as my backup font when I added a Google font (using Barlow/Barlow Condensed instead of Acumin now).

Any updates on when this might be fixed?

Thanks!
