Woocommerce Coupon Code

Hello,I tried to create a coupon code on Klaviyo linked to Woocommerce but it didn't work when I pressed the “Create coupon code” button (the button was doing nothing).I was on the French interface, and when I switch to the English interface, it works.Is this discrimination against french people? 🤔

Error when exporting Klaviyo template into Shopify (Error: Server error Error saving notification)

I’m trying to export my Klaviyo designed emails into Shopify. I have saved templates in Klaviyo for the order confirmation and shipping notification emails then exporting the HTML into Shopify. However, when I try and save and view in Shopify I'm receiving an error message. Does anyone have a fix for this?The error looks like this in Shopify: And like this in Klaviyo if I try to preview it (which I assume is because the variables are Shopify not Klaviyo, but just for context):

How do I replicate a block?

I have three blocks of content that I like the format of in an email template I’m using from Klaviyo. I want to create a 4th block that looks exactly the same but am having trouble “building” one from scratch. How do I replicate an existing block of content in an email? This particular block has a logo taking up one column on the left-hand side, with a text box with a headline and sub-copy on the right-hand side of the logo. Please help this small business owner who doesn’t have all day to figure this out!

Prevent Klaviyo generating hundreds of dynamic discount codes in Shopify

Hi, I’m hoping someone can assist.  I have a Klaviyo Newsletter Signup form on my website that triggers a Klaviyo welcome flow. The form generates a dynamic coupon code for a customers first order which is then sent to them in their first email. My issue is that Klaviyo is setting up 600 coupon codes in my Shopify every day, despite my store only being new and having a couple of signups and coupons sent out daily. At this rate, I am going to use up my shopify discount limit very quickly. How can I prevent Klaviyo generating any further codes until the existing ones have been used, or not generating so many? I’m assuming it’s because they have a 30 day usage period so new codes need to be generated each day with a new expiry date one day later than those produced the day before, but I don’t need anywhere near 600 producing daily at this stage. Thanks!

Unique coupon codes show as ''Preview'' when Tested

How the coupon is written before being Previewed When previewed and sent as a test with recent events from a customer that triggered the Abandoned cart flow. The code is still not generated and appears as PreviewHello Klaviyo community,I am facing an issue with unique coupons. As you can see in the pictures above (an example of the abandoned cart), I have created a dynamic coupon for 10% off but No codes were generated. When I send the Email to test , it still shows as Preview.Can you help with matter?Ps: let me know if I should provide more details/screenshots for this problem to accurately find a solution.

Images are displaying in iphone 15

Glitch adding padding beneath text boxes

I am having an issue where (in the template builder) some text boxes are adding space/padding below the last line. It is not showing up in the code as any different than text boxes that are not doing it. I tried refreshing the page, leaving the page and logging in again, and checking padding settings over and over. I can’t explain what is happening here. code of text box that does not have spacing glitchcode of text box that DOES have spacing glitchThe code of the left text box (w/o glitch) and the code of the right text box (with spacing glitch) is the same.  Here you can see that the padding settings for the two text boxes are exactly the same. Here, you can see that when I double-click the text box to edit it, the space goes away. When I click outside the box, the space is added. There is no extra paragraph there, no extra spaces. Here you can see in a different section, there is 0 padding set for the text box, and yet all this padding is added to the bottom. How to tell the difference between my variations in Klaviyo product feed

When using the product block static picker the variations for my product show but with no recognisable difference to tell you which to pick. Is there a trick to help you choose? For example is the smallest id number the parent product link and the higher numbers the variations?Could it show the sku in future?

How to automate my weekly Newsletter Sends

Hi Guys,I am in the process of automating my weekly newsletter sends, I am using Zapier to collect any new blog posts on my website, if there are posts, it should pass them to klaviyo.I am currently on how to “pass” the template fields into the message.So far I am:Creating a campaign via the APILinking the template to the campaignI will then plan to use the API to run the campaign, but first I need to understand how to pass my `articles: [..]` into the campaign message.I had a look around but I could not find anything that looked like it helped.Any guidance would be appreciated.

Questions about Klaviyo Confirmation

Hello everyone!I have a few questions regarding Klaviyo confirmation emails that are sent to customers. I have attached screenshots of the email my friend received and my live template, and I noticed that the template looks different from what I had designed. Specifically, the logo appeared with a black rectangular box when the full background should appear black all the way, which may be due to his user interface being in dark mode. Is there a way to adjust this issue or should I redesign the template completely so that it is compatible with both dark mode and regular white mode? Furthermore, the color appears slightly different on his email, and I am not sure why.I also wanted to ask for some advice on whether I should remove the standard "Thank you for your order" email sent from Shopify since I already have Klaviyo on all my confirmation emails. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated!

Nested Sections? Duplicating multiple Sections?

Am I able to Nest Sections when building my layout? When creating a French email, we have a mixed send list of French and English. The language laws in Canada being what they are, this means I have to lead with the French email, and the second half of the email is the original English email.I use sections judiciously, and creating a second set of them is arduous. I’d like to either be able to nest all English sections into an English parent section. Duplicate it, and then translate to French. Alternately, is there a way to select ALL existing sections and duplicate them at once, rather than one by one and dragging them to the bottom of the email?

How to make an image not clickable

Hello, In Gmail (not sure about other inboxes), when you hover over an image block that does not have a URL, the pointer mouse turns into the ‘clicker finger’ and a download arrow appears in the corner of the image. When you click the image, the image opens up, as if to download, in your screen. Is there a way to prevent this functionality? So that the image is not clickable at all?I use to think putting a # in the URL of the image block did the trick, but I don’t think that is actually the case.Any ideas?

New Drag & Drop Editor Issues

Has anyone else had issues with the new release of the Drag & Drop editor? I cannot find a contact email for Partner Support, I can only request through one of my clients accounts. It didn’t save my work, kept telling me to login on another browser to continue my work, sent test emails with things in the wrong spots (they were templates so nothing moved accidentally). I don’t know who to reach out to to report bugs. Any help is appreciated!

Can you or can you not combine Klaviyo COUPONS with SHOPIFY

We use Klaviyo and Shopify.We use Klaviyo for our pop-up widget that offers a coupon to first-time users.I see an option at an in Shopify's backend to allow the coupon to combine with other discounts — but it looks like a manual process. Is there a solution to this? Automate it or go in the backend somehow?

Custom Button to Start Checkout with Subscription Product

I currently have a replenishment reminder flow that lets people who ordered a one-time product know that they are going to run out 7 days before they’re on empty. I have a custom button in that flow email that automatically adds whatever one time product they’re running out of to checkout. Here is the button that adds the one time product to checkout: {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/cart/{{ event.extra.line_items.0.variant_id|default:'' }}:{{ event.extra.line_items.0.current_quantity|default:'' }}I want a second button that says subscribe now below ‘never run out!’ and I would like that button to add the subscription product (only) to checkout. Can someone please help me with what the link for that button would be? I am on Shopify checkout and I use recharge for subscriptions.

Products not using thumb_src but full size images

Hi team @ Klaviyo,My templates are over the clipping size for Gmail due to the Product Block using full size image src from Shopify. I can see in event properties when looking at the data that there is a thumb_src for line_items. Is there a possibility to use that instead?CheersChris

Why do I have limited mobility with sections in the template editor?

This just one of many problems, but… Why is the Custom Layout Feature have limited placement? You can only use it at the top or the bottom of the section, but not inside of the section. I’m amazed how a company with so much development power can go backwards while making something new.

Hello,I am manually testing WooCommerce Coupons for a winback flow. When I try to send out a test email, it says there are no uploaded coupons remaining, however I can see in the Coupons section I still have 10/11 available coupons.Can anyone advise?Thanks.

MacOS - Paste often not working in Chrome for Mac

Hi There,Increasingly, we can’t paste text into the Klaviyo text editor. This started happening intermittently some time 2(ish) weeks ago?We see this behaviour on two different Macs.Have tried…Double-checking that paste is working by pasting into other apps like Text Edit Tried using the menus to paste instead of shortcuts Tried using ‘Paste & match style’ Updating Chrome to the latest buildWorkarounds...Interestingly, we can paste if we switch to HTML suggesting it’s a rich text editor thang.  The only other way to fix is to logout of Klaviyo, restart the Mac, then re-launch/login etc (simply re-launching Chrome doesn’t work).Does anyone know how to permanently fix? Dynamic Insert Product Images - Product Images Not Showing on IOS Device

Hello Klaviyo Community!   I ran into an unusual issue, not sure if anyone else has experience this before and knows how to troubleshoot it, but my team and I found this out when we were sending test email to ourselves in finalizing our email campaign.   My coworker found that on his phone; a IOS Device; the dynamic insert product images were not loading. The images looked as they were clipped/corrupted in some kind of way (please refer to the image below of the screenshot from his phone)      Now usually before I get the test email sent out, I adjust the email and it’s images to make sure it is between the standard 85KB - 95KB sizing guideline so there is a slight risk of clipping, but our inserted images that are bulk of this email didn’t clip, and the whole email shows on both types of device platforms (IOS and Android). Even more so that’s strange, on both of our work laptops, personal computers, and my own phone (Android) the product images do appear with the rest of the email, li
