Hey guys,

Just getting started with Klaviyo.

I’ve managed to upload custom fonts in the asset library, but these aren’t pulling through to the email template. Is there a way to do that?

If not, is it possible to use a custom font that has been uused in a Shopfy build?

Thanks,

Alex

Hello @OWL Alex,

Welcome to Klaviyo!

Have you had a chance to review Klaviyo’s How to Add Custom Fonts in Email Templates article? Unlike using custom fonts for signup forms where you are required to upload your custom fonts to the asset library; when using custom fonts within an email template, you’ll need to apply your custom font code to the top of the email template in order to pull in the custom font.
