I would recommend double checking the settings you have for that social block you are using to see if any of the settings may be interfering with it appearing. Common settings that may be preventing this block from appearing are:

• Having the Block Styles set to display on Mobile only
• Enabling the Show/Hide condition
  • Having the incorrect condition rules applied
  • Previewing with a profile that does not meet the conditions
• Using the Repeat block function where the incorrect conditions or syntaxes were used
