Hello Klaviyo! 

My team works with Klaviyo and utilizes their Email Template tool.

While sending out emails, we’ve noticed that some devices will open the original, intended email - while others seem to be getting emails with a different Email Template than we specified.

Attached are examples of the original, intended Email Template:

And the Email Template that sends on certain devices instead (it always chooses this template when defaulting):

 

Has anyone else had this issue? Any troubleshooting recommended?

Hello @DarvellB  Looks like in the second image, the email is opened on a mobile device and it using a mobile specific image on the hero and that is why you see 2 different images.
