Emailing Individuals an Email Templates

Hi Guys!

 

Trying to automate some emails, I wanted to set up a few templates for different stages of my customers journey (I determine this)  and wanted to click on Profile and send them a pre-templated email. 

I can’t quite figure this out, can anyone help me please?
