Hello Community, I set up a coupon code on Klaviyo to be sent to new subscribers when they get the first email. However, I want to test it out first before I activate the flow, but whenever I try inputting the code at checkout on my Shopify store, it tells me that the code is invalid. How do fix this, please?
PS: The coupon text is correctly typed.

Thanks for asking another great question about unique coupon codes for Shopify!
One key thing to remember is that depending on your coupon settings, the codes are either activated at the send time or a specific date of your choosing. That said, to test the live coupon code as you would need to send a live flow message > you can set the flow in manual mode (this will put the flow in as active but will NOT automatically send email but rather only when you decide to manually send the email) > subscribe to your newsletter > send the email to your test email address. Then you will be able to test that the coupon code is working properly.
