Is it possible to Wrap text around image?

Hi,

I am looking for a responsive text to wrap around the image.

something similar to what was done here. I was wondering if Klaviyo supports it out of the box or if I have to custom code it.

You are right on both accounts! This is something that can be done, however, setting it up would need customization which we are unfortunately unable to provide support with. I would recommend reaching out to your developer or partner to get this set up for you!
