Klaviyo won't let me use templates and save settings. I am sending the error message as an attachment. Can you help me please?

In my experience, whenever you get an error like this, the following are great troubleshooting procedures to fix this issue:

  • Clear your cache/cookies
  • Refresh the browser window
  • Open your account again in an incognito browser
