Need help with custom fonts

We want to use custom fonts, we have downloaded fonts but also google fonts.

When we add them they show up fine in the list with fonts but nothing in the email changes and the fallback font is shown.

How can we resolve this issue?

I tried to add the fonts again and this didn't resolve the issue.

Also when you say ‘when you reuse it another templates it doesn’t show’ are you you cloning your original template and having custom font display issues with the replicates or when you try to add the custom font to a net new template?

Hello @LevyVanWilgen  

Most of the clients does not support custom fonts. in that case the fall back font is shown.

Thanks for your reply!

I understand this issue, and thats okay.

But the custom fonts won't even show up in my Klaviyo editor, i just see the fallback font.

The first time i add the font it seems to work but when i reuse it in lets say another template it won't show up.
