To ensure that products won't stack on mobile, you will need to disable mobile optimizations. To do that, navigate into the template you wish to edit and head to the Styles tab. In the Mobile section select No next to Enable Optimization.

But I want to optimize for mobile and not have them stack. If i don't optimize for mobile, how will i know how its going to look on mobile?

Thanks for sharing your question with us! Sorry for the delay!
It is considered industry best practice to have blocks stacked on mobile because mobile devices aren’t as wide as desktops as mobile device and side by side blocks don’t look as good on mobile. However, to get the most accurate test of how an email will look on your mobile device, I’d recommend sending a preview to yourself and checking on your phone!
