Hi,

I’m working on creating a discount code for my welcome flow that encourages people to make a purchase if they haven’t already. I’ve managed to connect the code through WooCommerce, using ‘Welcome10,’ and Klaviyo is automatically generating 10 random letters/numbers.

However, I’d like to add a more personalised touch by including the customer’s first name in the code, so it would look something like: “Welcome1-[FNAME]”.

I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me with this setup or guide me on how to achieve this level of personalisation.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Sion

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Dynamic discount codes are assigned randomly on demand, and you only have the option of adding a static prefix. Even if you manually created the dynamic codes each with the firstname included, Klaviyo will assign these as needed and not linked to any specific profile!
