Hi,

I have a problem of my product images not showing while designing an email

They also don’t show once email is received, but I don’t see images while selecting the products to add in the email.

I didn’t update images recently.
For some products I see images, for some not. 
Also, if I try to add best selling product - the selection is wrong. 
 



 


This is what they say from Shopify:
 

  • I’ve looked into this with our internal team, and everything on our end is functioning as expected. It seems the issue may be related to Klaviyo, as they might not have synced properly with your store.

     

Anyone knows how to solve this?
I’m still starting out so I’m on a free subscription and can’t get to Klaviyo’s support…

First, welcome to the Klaviyo community and Happy BFCM! You came to the right place, the community is always here to help regardless of your paid plan. 

I do have a few questions first:

  • What kind of email is this (campaign or flow)?
  • Are you using a static or dynamic product block?
  • When you sent the email was this a test or an actual send to a real customer?
  • Have you check your integrations status to make sure that your Shopify integration is connected?

With Shopify, any updates to your product catalog should happen in real time. So the display of the correct “parent” image or pricing should be reflected immediately as long as the integration is working properly. To clarify, when I said “parent” image, we don’t store variant images (ie, different colors of the same product).

From your image this looks like it should be a static product block? Where you get to pull in exactly what you want to add, instead of items based on a customers viewing history? Static vs Dynamic blocks make a big difference into how you are build. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219092

Depending on the settings you have for the product block (static vs dynamic) who you send the test email to will matter for visibility. Static should show to everyone, where dynamic will only show to the proper profiles.

- It’s an email flow.  
- It’s a static product block.  
- It was an email test.  
- Shopify is connected - this was double-checked with Shopify customer service.
