I am manually testing WooCommerce Coupons for a winback flow. When I try to send out a test email, it says there are no uploaded coupons remaining, however I can see in the Coupons section I still have 10/11 available coupons.
Have you ensured that the Coupon name in Klaviyo is exactly matching the coupon you’ve set up in Woo? This can cause issues if there is a mismatch and Klaviyo would interpret that the coupon doesn’t exist. If it is incorrectly matched, once you update the name correctly in Klaviyo it should resolve the issue.
