Hello can someone please help me troubleshoot to figure out why I’m not receiving any test emails? It’s not in my spam either.

If you’re unable to send test emails, check the following:

  • Ensure your email address is verified in Klaviyo.
  • Check if your sending domain is authenticated properly.
  • Review email sending limits and your subscription status.
  • Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser.

Hello, 

How do I check if the sending domain is authenticated properly? this is what I see currently

I have 200 active profiles so I’m not at the limit yet. 

I used another browser and that did not work.

On top of @ArpitBanjara’s great suggestions, you can check out  our documentation here to ensure your domain is set up correctly.

 

However, if your email isn’t in spam and your domain is set up correctly, the issue could be in how many test emails you’re sending as a there is a preview limit in some plans. You can learn more in our documentation here as well as these other community threads who had a similar issue!
