I’ve built an email template to respond to facebook leads, however none of the text of the email shows up when looking at the emails on a desktop - only mobile. I have the display options set to show on both however its not.

Thanks for posting your question to the Community! So I and other community members can get a better understanding of what is happening, could you reply with some screenshots of what you aren’t seeing appear and how the template is set up? Do you mean that the emails aren’t showing up as in they do not send to desktop or that emails are blank entirely?
