Hey there,

 

I’m trying to figure out why our coupon flow is not working properly.

 

We’ve created 2 flows.

Both require minimum spend amount for a gift with purchase (i.e. 100% off product).

Both generate codes at send time and expire in 7 days after the send.

These flows have initial email triggered when people are placed into a certain list.

Then a reminder to use their coupon after 3 days. And another reminder after 3 more days.

 

Currently we are having customers reaching out to us saying their codes are not working even though they reach the spending amount in their carts. Also when I look at the coupons it says there are 26611 generated but only 99 available. 

 

How do we fix this issue??

Thanks for being a part of our community! Have you been able to confirm with customers when they tried to use them? Was it after the 7 days that you added as an expiration date?
