How to get a vertically-stacked abandoned cart flow?

Trying to build a vertically-stacked, centred abandoned flow for a client and the info I’ve found in other forums are not working in this case. Can anyone advise how to create the vertically-stacked abandoned cart table in the updated Klaviyo?

Unsubscribe Not Working

Hey everyone! For some reason unsubscribe has stopped working for our emails. They are all set up properly, but for some reason the tag does not create a link when the email is sent. It still simply shows up as “{% unsubscribe %}” in plain text. We have tried several variations of the unsubscribe tag, and multiple templates all with the same result.Any ideas as to why when an email is sent the tags aren’t being converted to working links?thanks!

How to shopify embed form on password page?

does anyone know how to embed a klaviyo sign-up form on a shopify password page. it does tell me on the password page to “Embedded form ID”. but the snippet wont work. any help much appreciated

Missing data when syncing Facebook leads with Klaviyo audience list

I have successfully created link between Facebook leads and Klaviyo audience list, and I see the audience list reflects some Facebook leads. However, I found there are some leads missing in audience list.For example, on 9 Aug 2023, there were 6 leads from Facebook, but there were only 2 leads(audiences) reflected on Klaviyo.Does anyone know how to fix that? Thank you!

Hey! So I created this report to try and see my average open rate in Toronto...and I don’t think it worked? The answers are like: 1 or 1.23 and I am just confused as to what this means. Hope someone can help me!

Adding an 'order details' dynamic block using new editor.

Hello, I am trying to add a dynamic block to an ‘order status’ flow which will show the product the customer has ordered. I am familiar with how to add an abandon cart block in the new editor as Klaviyo has a step by step guide, but find myself stumped when it comes to doing anything else! If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great :)p.s I find it really frustrating that their isn't a universal template for dynamic blocks and/or you cant take pre-built blocks from old templates from the old editor and add to the new. For example many of the dynamic blocks that are pre-built for flows are in the old editor, but I build all my emails using the new editor (which I think is a lot more user friendly), anyone else have similar frustrations?

Unique vs. Total Opens and Clicks

I want to bring your attention towards campaign and flow reporting. Specifically, Unique vs. Total Clicks under ‘Link Activity’. Unique clicks means clicks that unique users made and it avoids any duplicate clicks from the users. Whereas ‘Total clicks’ would include all clicks even when a user clicks the same link more than once. So, the number of total clicks should be higher that unique clicks. And so is mentioned in the article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005085427-Unique-vs-Total-Opens-and-Clicks#signupdownvote:~:text=These%20totals%20will%20thus%20typically%20be%20higher%20than%20the%20unique%20counts. However, that’s not the case in actual reporting. Unique clicks are higher and include duplicate clicks.Am I missing something? Please check.

Shopify Transactional email template

Hi! Attached is a test email for the "Shipping Confirmation" transactional email from Klaviyo after pasting the code in Shopify. Before I save, can you please advise the difference between the Track Package and Track Package # buttons in this email? I have done a search and can’t find any info related to this. Shopify and Klaviyo will customers get two emails?

Hi everyone,New to Klaviyo and setting up my emails etc. I can see that I am able to set up that Klaviyo will send a post purchase email/order confirmation etc. However, I have these set up in Shopify, so will customers get two lots of emails or do the two sync so this doesn’t occur? Or do I need to somehow change settings in Shopify to stop this?Cheers
