I have a newsletter list which is all customers who sign up for our monthly newsletter through our website and when I click on manage list it has a view list suppressions option and then remove suppressed profiles option. If I remove suppressed profiles what does this do? Can I export this list some how?
Apologies if this has been asked before: I am in the process of migrating from Sendinblue to Klaviyo. I have been successful in bringing all of my contacts over, however, I have been unsuccessful in bringing over email metrics such as open rates etc… I was wondering if this is even possible? It’s so I can segment the contacts in Klaviyo like I have them in Sendinblue; 30 day openers and 30 day unopeners. Does anyone know a solution to this?
Hi ,I am sending some identifier to klaviyo for the active subscription using this way and receiving the response 1 while getting this response not get it response val.can you please tell me where these value is store into the klaviyo and how can i get the response for this to know my identifiers is saved into the klaviyo
I use wordpress + woocommerce and I have installed correctly the Klaviyo Plugin. When I create an exit pop-up, it gets put on the home page, but that doesn't work on the checkout page.To solve, I copied the script code by inserting an html code on the checkout page manually on wordpress. Is this the right practice to get the popup to work on a specific page? Thanks in advance
Hello, I have activated a birthday flow with unique coupon codes embedded on 22 Jun evening. However, when I checked the flow earlier today, I noticed that no email was sent out as you may see in the screenshot below. In addition, the only person on the waiting list is my personal email (I have manually adjusted my birthday to 24 Jun to better check whether the unique coupon code is working smoothly).Truly appreciate if someone can help me understand why the flow isn’t sending emails. Should I create a new birthday flow and activate it instead?p.s. The other flows are all running normally Thank you,Ning
Hi there,Hope you are all doing good. I have set up Klaviyo SMS Flows for my customers. I create a sign up form for capturing both E-mail and SMS. Hey Everyone, I have built two sign up forms that are targeted at users based on the pages they browse.Sign Up Form 1 - this will appear if the user is on any product pages, homepage etc. The message/content says ‘sign up to get product news, deals & launches’.Sign Up Form 2 - this will appear if the users is on any of our How To Articles, Tips Pages or reading a guides. Usually people land on these pages because they search a question on google. The form content says ‘Get maintenance tips, hacks and advice straight to your inbox’. Both forms are linked to the same list. If the user triggers either form, and decides not to sign up but navigates to a page that triggers the other form. I don’t want them to be asked again to sign up because I don’t want to annoy the user. Can I use segmenting or any other logic to do this? Or is Klaviyo not advanced enough for that. Our ecommerce store is Shopify.
Shopify announced on June 22, 2022 that they are finally adding a native combined/stackable discounts option https://www.shopify.com/discounts. I confirmed with Shopify Plus that this will be rolled out around June 27.I spoke w/ Klaviyo support to see what their timeline was for implementing this in the coupons section and it wasn’t on their radar. I do no see a plan to add this to our Coupons feature in Klaviyo on the upcoming Roadmap. However, I have submitted this feature request to our Product team to be considered as a feature to be added in the future. At this time I do not have a timeline on when this will be considered or released, but I have submitted this feedback to our team.Just putting this info out there for other Shopify merchants as this is a pretty big deal.
I integrated Klaviyo trhough Zapier to my Ecwid ecommerce website. How do I know that Klaviyo is fully integrated to my ecommerce webiste? How can I check that Klaviyo is completely integrated? Haw can I check that Klaviyo will know, for example, when a customer is browsing on a certain product? Thank you
I’m currently using Klaviyo forms as a contact form on my website, and when someone submits a form, it triggers a notification email for us to get in contact with them. However, if the same person returns and uses the same email, it doesn’t trigger the flow and no notification is sent. Any idea how an email address can be added to a list more than once so it will trigger the flow everytime they submit the form?
We got the back in stock flow working in our Shopware 6 shop. But we run into an issue where we want to know the language/store/storefront on which the customer subscribed to the back in stock list. This so we can communicate in their language.Just got off the chat with support and David C. helped me with the email template question I had, and said that for the above issue, it would just be a simple question of adding an additional field to the call.We tried it:curl 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe' --data 'a=IDemail@example.com&variant=970997f8f2384dbaa2a727ea486590ed&platform=api&language=Nederlands'I get a success message, the email gets added to the back to stock. But language or any additional field we add, does not go through.Any suggestions?
Hi there! I am trying to create a browse abandonment flow for a client utilizing the new editor. Anytime I try to use Klaviyo’s pre-built flow, it defaults the template to the old editor. All of our templates were built on the new editor, and I can’t find a way to utilize the pre-built event data in any of these. Making the browse abandonment blocks from scratch has proven to be challenging for me. Does anyone have advice? Am I missing something? Thanks!
Hey everyone,It’s my first time working with Magento + the client’s in house team did the integration with Klaviyo. But I’m unsure what’s wrong since 1) I can’t see all the emails collected in Magento 2) I can see the activity on the website, but I’m still getting suggestions from Klaviyo to ‘integrate’ Magento. If there’s someone who can advise on this? Thanks!R.
HiI am already using Klaviyo on a vintage Shopify theme, and have Back in Stock, Viewed Product Tracking and Added to Cart Tracking set up, together with embedded forms.Currently migrating to a 2.0 theme, and unable to find any information about whether I need to add these all over again? If so, can I do that before the theme is published? Thanks
Hey friends.I want to create a signup form where there is a certain condition - if the customer added a phone number, he will get a coupon code in the next step.If the customer does not add a phone number - he will not receive a coupon code in the next step.I add the phone in the second step in the pop-up. That is:First window - first name and email.Second window - an offer to add a phone number and get a 10% coupon code for the phone.Third window - two options: if you filled in a phone you get a discount code, if you did not fill in a phone you get a window "Thank you very much for registering".Is it possible?Thank you!

Hi there, we’re wanting to replace an existing email within a live flow. The existing email has a number of people queued (waiting). We’d like to transfer this queued list to a new email we’re adding to the flow, replacing the original one. Is this possible?
Has anyone ever set up a webhook or found a way to push certain customer data from Klaviyo to Shopify?I’d like to send data (back) to Shopify of which Klaviyo profiles have recovered their abandoned cart after they went through the Abandoned Cart flow on Klaviyo. What’s the best way of doing that?Right now, Klaviyo only enables to push the first and last name, and email address but not any custom data.
Hi Guys, Can you add a custom property to this property drop down? The blue plus suggests you can however i can’t seem to generate a working segment, always has zero customers in it. I want to create a a property around “product_type” however it doesn’t work...any suggestions? FYI I’m a Shopify user. Thanks!
