Error with Klaviyo's website

Hi there, 

I would like to check if anyone have the same issue:

I received error 403 forbidden upon clicking on the link.

I tried different device / browser and still no luck.

Let me know if anyone have a fix.

This is currently related to an issue with an upstream provider leading to disruptions when accessing our Klaviyo Help Center. Our engineering team is working to restore availability to these resources as quickly as possible!

You can follow along and receive automatic updates pertaining to this specific incident through subscribing to the incident by clicking the Subscribe option near the top of the page. 

In the meantime, our engineering team was able to create a temporary Help Center. In the interim, you can find our temporary corresponding Help Center article pertaining to creating an “Add to Cart” event for Shopify from the following link: https://klaviyo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711-Guide-to-Creating-an-Added-to-Cart-Event-for-Shopify
