Have you made sure to enable the Woocommerce API? specifically this step: Install the Klaviyo WooCommerce Plugin? Can you please confirm that you have successfully installed WooCommerce as well?
Additionally, if you can also right-click on the "Connect Account" button on the plugin settings page and select "Copy link URL". Then, if you can paste both URLs into your response, that would help us determine the underlying cause for this issue.

I have resolved this issue.
It was a setting in WooCommerce for the page url formatting.
What setting was it in woo commerce? I’m having the same issue
