Hi all-

Right now I have a bit of an issue the abandoned cart flow is sending the email to the customer and they are able to order without a ship-to address which then bypasses the shipping fee.

 

I am currently using Woocommerce and Flux Checkout. Thoughts on this?

This issue is likely not due to the Klaviyo abandoned cart flow, but more likely the checkout platform you’re using. This is because the abandoned cart flow is triggered by the either the Started Checkout or Added to Cart metric, and allows the customer to resume their checkout - but does not affect the collection of shipping information. 

 

For this issue, I would recommend reaching out to Flux’s support, as they will have more insight into that step.
