I was testing our review flow, and clicked the reviews stars while viewing the email as a certain recent customer and now it’s sitting in our review approval section. It’s two stars (I tapped a star randomly) and we’d like it removed before it’s published. I’ve looked into it and apparently customers are notified if their review is rejected - is there any way to remedy this?

It’s through the native Klaviyo review platform - not external.

Have you tried going to the same review request link, to edit the review? You should also have the option to reject the test review so it doesn’t display onsite or be counted in any of your review counts.
