Adding Custom metric - Product Shipped/Delivered

We want to create a custom metric for our Shopify store that will either track when a product is shipped or delivered to the customer. How do we accomplish this?

Hi @dten11112, thanks for posting in the Klaviyo community!

There are a lot of third party apps that integrate with Klaviyo that allow you to set up flows with triggers about shipping. If you’re not using a third party app, then you can use the Shopify metric “Fulfilled Order” which means that the order has shipped.

 

Unless you are using a shipping integration, there isn’t a way to tell when the order has been delivered within Klaviyo from just the Shopify integration.
