Hello, 

I’m trying to find a way to insert a link to an item that a customer purchased to review the item. I have the Klaviyo review app installed on the shopify page. It would have to be a personalised link so that the customer comes straight to the product they bought rather than to my homepage. 

I have an existing follow up flow email which also includes instructions to use the product etc so i would like to add the review link into this email. 

Can this be done? I cannot find anything under the personalisation section of the email editor.

Yes, you should be able to do this. Here is an article about adding dynamic blocks/tables to flows. Note that the information is based on a trigger event that the customer initiated - in this case, they placed an order. If your current follow up flow is not based on the order placed, you might need to create a new flow to pull in the correct information.
