After leaving a review, can the user edit it? Do they need to follow the initial review request, or can they just go to the purchase product? If editing is possible, can they edit the review that has not been approved yet?

Yes! Users are able to edit their reviews so long as they still have access to the original email/SMS link. As far as the changes to the approval once there is an edit, I have reached out internally to the Reviews team and I’ll update the thread when I know more!

What if the review was not left through the initial Email but at a different time? Is there a way to initiate that change?

Right now, there are no other ways for a customer to edit their reviews asides from the link.
After editing, the original review will get removed and will need to be approved again. However, they are also set to auto publish after 14 days too. This applies to both verified and unverified reviews.
