From within Klaviyo, I am connecting Lists & Segments to Pinterest to sync.

It was working fine for a while, now when I click to create the “Pinterest Audience” I get the popup that the audience on Pinterest has been made, but the name I gave it does not show, just the ID#.

On Klaviyo Integration, the Pinterest audience is only the ID#, no name.

On Pinterest Audiences the audience with name has been created.

On Klaviyo Lists and Segments, in segment “Purchased Jewelry 5/7/23-5/7/24” the Pinterest Audience is Active and Blank?

Hi @MichaelAram

Thanks for being a community member! I want to confirm, after creating the new audience you have to click Save at the top. I have seen others have this same issue if they create it and exit out of the integrations settings page without hitting Save. Unfortunately it will discard your changes if that step is missed. Can you try clicking Save after you get the success message when creating the new audience and see if that makes a difference?  I hope this helps!
