Usually triggered events like this will post to your native Shopify URL, but it should redirect to your proper store website address. Did you try sending the email to yourself as a preview and opening it to check the URL?

Thank you for the reply. This specific URL does not redirect. All others do, but the Order Status does not. I do not know why.

Without seeing further into your account I think it would be best to contact support to figure out why it’s not redirecting properly. Do you use a custom checkout or third-party checkout apps? Perhaps that could be a reason as well.
