We formerly had a Shift4Shop store using Klaviyo’s Shift4Shop integration. We switched to Shopify, and disabled/deleted the Shift4Shop integration. On our integrations page, there is no reference to the Shift4Shop integration at all. Unfortunately, the old products are still active. They were last updated in April, when I switched off the Shift4Shop integration. I would like to delete them, but cannot figure out how. I sent a support ticket, but the help desk does not seem to understand my problem or have an answer that makes sense.

Hi @cbb,

Thank you for your question in the Klaviyo Community.

You should be able to delete the actual product feed from the Product Feeds page in Klaviyo.

If you click into the feed, click the three dots (top right corner) and click Delete:

I hope that solves your issue!

Thanks
David

Thank you for taking the time to answer. Unfortunately, it is not listed in the product feeds. After some back and forth with support, it seems this is something Klaviyo can do on their end, but it is “destructive,” and I will have to re-setup any feeds going to email blocks.

Same issue here. Old products from a now-deleted feed are stuck in Klaviyo. Support was unable to solve the issue for me.

If your issue is the same as mine, I finally got help through support. First, I deleted the integration (not just the feed), but the products did not go away. It took some back and forth where I had to convince them my store was no longer connected. They deleted the catalog entirely. It took some extra effort on my part, but it was worth it. Good luck!

@cbb thank you for the reply. I am currently trying to get Klaviyo support to clear the old catalog items for me. My current understanding is that only catalog items created via API can be deleted via API, and there is no way to delete catalog items that were imported from other sources.
