I have been running a sweepstakes with Gleam, and had it integrated with my private API key to a list in Klaviyo.
Something broke a few days ago, and new profiles stopped getting sent the double opt in emails. So now I have a list of 400 or so people, and about 900 profiles. I am able to do an export via CSV from Gleam and can import.
I tested on various email addresses, various IP addresses, and I can’t get a double opt in to be sent. I did get around to setting up my email domain this morning.
Here are my questions:
- What could be happening?
- Where can I go and see the sending volume of double opt in emails?
- If I want to manually send a double opt in email, do I just send that as a flow?
