This is currently related to an issue with an upstream provider leading to disruptions when accessing our Klaviyo Help Center. Our engineering team is working to restore availability to these resources as quickly as possible!
You can follow along and receive automatic updates pertaining to this specific incident through subscribing to the incident by clicking the Subscribe option near the top of the page.
In the meantime, our engineering team was able to create a temporary Help Center.
