Hello, I was wondering how long on average the sync delay is from Facebook Instant Form submission > into Klaviyo? We are currently experiencing 1hr+ delays.

Klaviyo actually has documented how often Klaviyo built integrations sync from the How Often Integrations Sync article. The integration between Klaviyo and Facebook syncs hourly.
