How can I integrate our WooCommerce site to Klaviyo. I’ve been getting “Unable to access API (failed to authenticate)” whenever we do the integration.

Here are some common causes for this error:

  1.  You are attempting to integrate with a site that is prefaced by http instead of https
  2. Do you have any additional plug-ins that require additional authentication on top of WooCommerce? An example would be a JWT plug-in.
    • If so, can you attempt to disable these plug-ins and retry?
       
  3. Do you have an extra Security layer or firewall?
    • For example, if you’re using CloudFlare and have bot-fight mode enabled, try disabling bot-fight mode and re-integrating.
