How do I display full catalog in the product feed to insert into emails?

Question

We create emails that include content related to products in our catalog. Sometimes these products do not appear as choices when selecting products from the feed to insert into the template. My assumption is that for some reason, our product feed filters only for products that people have viewed recently. Since our catalog doesn’t get a lot of traffic, we often have many products missing.

So, how can I configure the product feed to include every single active product in our WooCommerce store, regardless of whether people have viewed those products?
