So I have one email opt in from woocommerce, and since I want to collect to klaviyo as well I have it enabled in woocommerce klaviyo settings. But this results in me having two opt ins.

If i turn off the klaviyo sided one since I can’t figure out how to turn of woocommerce one, will they still sync and work in tandem?

Some fields will sync, but if customers aren’t consenting to Klaviyo’s email/SMS marketing it may impact your ability to send to those channels. Here are some resources on consent as well:
