Images are broken on the Featured Reviews Carousel after updating product images in Shopify

After updating my product images in Shopify, the images in the Featured Reviews Carousel show as broken. The images are showing correctly in the preview while editing the shopify page, but fail in the browser. Clearing the browser cache and history does not fix the issue, which is happening in both Chrome and Safari.
